Contrary to our promise in yesterday's post, we didn't go anywhere or do anything special today.  Bev has not been feeling very well for the last couple of days and I didn't sleep very well last night.  So we decided to postpone the sightseeing until another day and just have a rest today.  And so that is what we did.

We sat around the caravan this morning just enjoying the piece and quiet.  However, we got a bit hot after lunch so we adjourned to the bistro and bar for the rest of the afternoon.

I did manage to take a few photos around the caravan park and I have added these to the ones we took  at the Bark Hut Roadhouse yesterday.

Some bushland behind the caravan park.  In the Wet season this would be lush and green.  Right now in the middle of the Dry it is all sparse and brown

Right now, this is our most favorite spot in the whole of Kakadu.  This is the larger of the caravan park's two swimming pools.  They are salt water, but crocodile-free
