Not much to report today. I got up early to try for some sunrise photos but the weather let me down. Very cloudy with a few spots of rain. So it was back to bed for a while.
We did very little today. Bev did a fair bit of quilting. I spent my time reading the paper and listening to music. What else do you do when you are on holiday and the weather is not that good.
We did take our regulation walk along the beach and I did stick my toe into the Coral Sea to see what it was like. Very refreshing.
Tonight we went across the road to the Ellis Beach Bar and Grill and shared a very nice pizza.
We thought that tomorrow we would go and have a look at Mossman Gorge which everyone tells us is very beautiful. Hopefully we will have some sun.. However, I have just seen tomorrow's forecast which is for weather pretty much the same as today.
No pictures today. With a bit of luck we may have some tomorrow.
It sounds like a lovely relaxing day! That's what holidays are for after all :)
